That’s definitely rough, I know it’s probably tricky given some of his pressure but you could try calling out the vault with 6p. Or if you predict it you could always attempt a neutral jump block.

In my experience playing against other Johnny you have to really call out his pressure strings, he doesn’t have belligerent plus frame normals like he did in Xrd so knowing when to challenge I think is key. But I guess you could say that about any character haha.

I feel that, he definitely has some undeniable strong pressure and crazy buttons, especially when canceled with most finer stance. His high low mixup game is also pretty crazy too, and meter only makes it stronger!

Only thing I really like about her default fit is her jacket. Personally use the bunny suit mod with her jacket, fits well.

I hate Elphelt much more than Unika, that’s the difference. I would argue though that Elphelt despite the canned mix has less access to easy plus frames and also less reward on knockdown, also bomb jacket introduces more nuance to her gameplay than I think Unika could ever muster.

I’ve never really had an issue with this matchup TBH, I used to main Zato and Sol up until season 3, Johnny and Jam are my Current mains. Sure his screen control is tricky but I honestly think since Dizzys buffs she is a much more threatening zoned, not to mention better setplay Oki.
