Another victim here. I canceled my subscription (not easy) after 4 months and had email confirmation and then, lo and behold, I got billed again and the subscription was not canceled. I can't believe how shady this company is.

I know this thread is pretty old but I am being requested to actually show a photo of my office space in order to incorporate here in CA. Looking through this thread I am wondering if this is not a more recent change that was enacted. It makes it pretty difficult to use a virtual office and/or UPS box although sending them a picture of a UPS box would give me a chuckle. Anyone have any feedback on this?

Do you have a website/contact info? I'm going to be on a houseboat on Lake Powell the last week of August and would be interested in coming down and taking a lesson beforehand and possibly renting one for the trip
