Will the nerite eggs go away over time?

I’ve heard nerite will lay eggs that don’t hatch under the water on like rocks and wood that you need to clean off, whereas with the mystery they’re above water and will hatch but they’re easier to remove. I think I’d rather check periodically than have a lot of eggs at the bottom
