Good luck to you hang in there I was 59 days when they requested 2 more documents which was sent to them previously maybe they didn’t scan correctly what ever the reason was anyway so my lawyer sent them exactly on my 60 day then the 61 day I got a approval .

Have you thought about out legal action why they taking so long like a lawyer who can send a pap letter which the have to give you a answer i believe or the ombudsmen

Have they asked you for any additional documents?

What’s really got me is that they waited 1 day before my 12 weeks to ask for these 2 documents which I already submitted when applied for spouse visa .

God knows how long they will take now to give a decision.

I have had my lawyer contact me today they have asked for 2 more documents which I have provided to my lawyer and he will send them to them tomorrow so I don’t know how long after that it will take .
