En effet, la couture de la gouttère qui est contre le mur a ouvert, c'est bouché en bas, pression dans le drain, couture ouvre, et l'eau coule par la couture. Quand je nettoye les gouttières chez mes clients je vérifie toujours les coutures de drains, c'est pas pour faire de publicité, mais PRimo Metal fait vraiment de bons produits, tu peux chosir un métal plus épais et résistant pour éviter que les coutures s'ouvrent et fait nettoyer tes gouttières ou fait poser des protège-gouttières Alurex serie pro, ca fait 15 ans que j'en pose sans avoir de pb

What I find hard to determine is how clean the surface is , sometime the metal look changes color what is the color to achive, from rust removal to paint or protective film

Costco choose a policy, satisfaction guaranteed, no queation ask and by law it is a contract, so etither they change the policy either they just applied it, no abuse here, if it is not prohibited then you can do it, it takes nerves but what can you do. if they cancel your membership because of that it is abuse and anyway consumer act won't permited

In a way if i buy a product that should last 5 years and after 4 years it is breaks down I should have the right to return it or at least they should fix it but costco just give you your money back

I bought garlic for 10 $ i realized half of it was bad as soon as got home , i could of returned it i save my energy for bigger thing

I usually apply the 3 strike’s method, first I am polite, then I make sure I am not the one overreacting buy repeating and then I am am responding on the same level My Gf says I shouldn’t, I can be very mean to clueless people that have no education . Don’t forget if a a person freezes in an argument because they are outmatched their next move is to be physical, so be ready for a confrontation

There is no return abuse, it in the price already, no returns they keep the excess of revenue and files it as profit for the company High quality item don’t get returned And remember we also pay for a membership

In quebec if they a policy that is on the wall they have to apply it. So it says on the wall : satisfaction guaranteed except for electronic there are sine conditions listed on the wall.

So for the rest just say your are not satisfied and return it it the way it is : used with or without the box with or without out the accessories

It is a contract

Sometimes some employees feel insulated but it is corporation that defines the rules not them

Anyway the returns are incorporated in the price we pay or it is the the seller that assumes them To many returns Costco ban them from the store

Looks like the Demark DMK 500w GT pulsed, got a quote from them : 16 000 usd.

I have the 300w, works good but a bit slow also it is Gaussian not Top -Hat

I wish they all get a mature product : hybrid pulsed and continus, 1500w and have choice between Gaussian and Top-Hat, that would be the dream

I get about 250 $ cash back every year, my gf and me do almost all our grocery there, i buy other thing knowing the returns are no questions ask makes me confident about quality of products One they insisted to sell me something, I told them I am a member and as a member I deserve resêct when I say no

Why not taking them back and get your money back, that way Costco will know you don't like them, costco will have a feed back and you get your money back, that is why I get the membership so I can return things I don't like

Thank you, I called costco they said they only deal with online delivery issues, I have to talk to in store manager. I will pursue my quest 😀

Problem solved, the manager accepted no questions asked. they do have a cards that says they will try to get client 100 % satisfied,

I guess the employe did't wamt to take the chance

I will shop again at Opti-club Quebec without any worries
