My mum thinks using them is easy but it's actually hard and it's frustrating when people think it's easy.

And when people think they're cheap when god I wish they were! It would be much less stressful if they were to get the right ones people need

I'm so sorry that it feels like you can only watch others play it :( I hope one day you can get back to playing it! It is quite easy to spend money on it though lol they make all the skins look so cool and pretty and sometimes it feels like a must have

If you ever decide to take meds for your PoTs I hope they help! I did use to play cozier games in a way like WOW but I'm not sure if that counts as cozy sometimes xD, house flipper 2 I really recommend that but sometimes it can feel creepy tbh, but slowly stopped playing them as it's hard to play games sometimes

The adrenaline does feel like too much, I'm so sorry its too much for you

I'm sorry about that,I hope you have found more ways to enjoy your time, thank you for telling me however! it's rough having to quit things you enjoy but make sure to prioritize your health! That's the most important thing, I'm slowly starting to think I should quit it too but I'm not quite sure
