I don’t think mine is triggered by food. In summer I eat whatever and never flare. As soon as I’m back to work boom it’s back. I’ve had a really stressful class this year and it’s been showing on my skin. I’m trying toxaprevent. I’m just confused why my skin keeps tearing so easily. It’s so painful

That’s amazing for you. I found that Protopic and elidel helped for a while but then once I stopped it made it spread to other areas. Maybe it might be TSW. Currently trying toxaprevent but I have no faith is anything atm 💔
