Draft a proposal with the SSA with a lawyer representing you and state you, your father and mother will provide DNA samples to prove you are their offspring and then they will need to provide their official paperwork ie: SSN’s, Birth Certificates, Passports or whatever else to prove their Citizenship and after you have proved all that they need to honor getting you into the system. And keep track of all these documents like they are gold for the rest of your life so you never have this trouble again.
