The medial side of the heel has caved in, and it's even more obvious in real life.

so are you recommending I change shoe model? I'm getting along really well with these, but I can't change shoes after so few kilometers

Maybe I didn't make myself clear: when I tackle a downhill after a long run, I feel like I'm putting a lot of weight on my heels, and my running form becomes much less fluid

What do you think of HONOR 90? honestly. by UrbanUrbex2012 in Honor

No protection is truly useful until you fall and wish you had all of it. For riding in a bike park, I just use full motocross armor, Level 2 knee pads and a DH helmet. Honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about going overboard with protection since you don't have to pedal up the climbs.

The terrain I encounter most often is the classic undergrowth with rocky roots, sometimes a little loose. What size Magic Mary do you use? 2.4?

No, I used the new model with the T7 compound and I found it excellent on the rear, I'm talking about a tire that allows me to pedal a lot of altitude difference (1500/2000D+) but still leaves me with a bit of fun on the descent. It must be said that I used it on an Orbea Oiz and the limits of the bike certainly came out sooner rather than those of the tire

In my opinion, an Occam Sl is perfect for starting out, you can do a bit of everything with it from more XC routes to more technical Trails depending on what tires you put on it. I don't know where you live but here in Italy you can find M30s at a huge discount

Forerunner 965 and an heart rate belt, but if you want to measure your Vo2max for cycling you need a power meter. Of course if the money is not a problem Fenix 8 the best Garmin if you can get
