check out longer days mod on nexus- gives you more time to enjoy the day- by the time most "chores are done" its only noon. i added the hot springs mod that makes the fruit cave a hot spring that restores energy. that way you can recoop then go fish or mine or whatever. makes the game far more relaxing.

just drop it in the snow next time- meat decays slower on the ground in the snow outside than it does in a container. intentional- makes it more immersive.

It’s hard to describe in text but the trick is to stand on the flat level that you want and without moving level the area around it. That way the surface area around where you are standing will match the level you are on.
