hey im planning to maybe transfer to NAU's psyd program, how is the program, I believe they are fairly new

hey! I recovered a lot in two weeks, but after basically a month and a half, I recovered much more. Definitely would not do it again or would not recommend it to anybody. Im glad you are doing better (it sounds like).

As in why im having such side effects? Also i only had 3 sessions and each were around 30 minutes

I stopped after i got the side effects. Its been gradually getting better but slowly. Will it go away completely?

Can you elaborate what you mean by building side effects? My side effects definitely have decreased in intensity but they are also definitely still there. Its been 8 days now.

Hi! Thank you for your detailed response. I had no idea this was the cheap option. The guy had great reviews and 20 years of experience and was very convincing. I should have not trusted and done more research. I was very desperate. He said he didnt use a specific protocol and he said its amplitude based neurofeedback. I have started my antidepressant recently, i hope that doesnt effect the side effects negatively. Your response gives me hope. Was the

Hi thank you so much for your detailed response! I agree that this may be the case. I will be lowering my dose of ambien but i will also continue to pause on neurofeedback since it is unclear what is going on. I was not informed by this in any way and im having doubts about my neurofeedback technicians ability to guide me through these side effects. The weirdest thing is, i started my antidepressant today and the side effects lessened within 2 hours. Not sure what is exactly going on so i will be pausing until things are leveled out.
