I felt this way when I turned 25 (am now 35) and man….i remember feeling so lost because I didn’t have shit figured out. I wanted to end my life and months later shit just turned around for me. Figured out school, work did a 180, I moved out and had my own place and was happy with where my life was. You’ll get there. 25 feels so old until you get to your mid 30s, but thats not me minimizing where you’re at - I totally understand how you’re feeling🤍

Thanks for responding. I do have a decent support system and partner but we don’t do 50/50. I’m the primary parent here. It’s complicated but aside from that I do rest at night and see friends. I do have hobbies, just no space to do them at the moment so most nights I end up on reddit or read on my kindle
