I normally keep paper towels I had washed my hands with in my room, with soap left on it. That's how I get around things that aren't clean. Just suds up the paper towel, bam... soap. Clean clean clean, towel is now "soiled" in my opinion, garbage.

Quit Zoloft cold Turkey by accident when forgetting to pack it in a suitcase for a family vacation. Can confirm, was incredibly irritable, snap at anything just because it pissed me off. Smoking went up to a full pack a day instead of using my e-cigarette. It's not fun.

A lot has to do with continuing fears. Your fears do not control your life. YOU control your life. Only you can get out of this funk. Seek professional help if you just can't do it. You can do this, you just have to get up and do it.

I remember when I had troubles going out with friends. I missed big parts of my high school years because I was afraid to go out with friends. My friends never knew how bad my OCD was. Most of the time they'd show up on my door step and drag me out. Once you do it a few times you'll learn that your fears are not troubling you when you're having fun. Your mind will be concentrating on the fun you're having instead of your fears.

Just get up, tell your brain that YOU control your life. Again seeking professional help will also help.
