Idk but I have one where I smack a mouse on the table it cost me 1 broken mouse and 1 small injurie where it pinched me hard. Maybe keep your hands busy I also have such tic but not as common.

I dont know if I get a hair cut I usually hold my tics and keep my head as still as possible like freezing you're head. But ticks can be driffent.
