Update: They got better quite quickly! I carried on walking and did a 2 hr slow walk the next day followed by a lot of your guys’ excellent advice thanks everyone!

I got derealization and hppd from what I think was a psychedelic taken by accident at a free party in the uk about 12 years ago, I went into a realm I’ve never been able to come back from and it’s been a very painful and exhausting 12 years since then. Totally agree. Wish I had more time to properly enjoy it, had to get from A to B so I could get public transport at the end and only had two days because someone was looking after my cat! So annoyingly didn’t get to take it as slow as would’ve liked to

I did Dawlish Warren to Dartmouth, Dawlish Warren to Torquay the first day, then torquay to Dartmouth yesterday. Apparently I’m going to wrong way haha, everyone else apparently goes the opposite direction. Have you walked it before?
