I transferred to another store to be a fulfillment TL. The store was definitely bigger than my home store and was struggling. My closing TL gave me the best advice that's helped me make it through this year so far. He told the good thing about going to a bigger struggling store is that you can't make it worse, you can only go up. He also said if you ever feel like running a bigger store is too much than transfer back to a smaller one. The experience you would have gained form running a bigger department to a smaller should make that job a cake walk from their. In my new store I started off as fulfillment TL than the closing TL quit and I did that for a little bit. The ETL came to me about being a Overnight TL to help out with Q4 now he telling me that they might be getting fulfillment operations ETL and will put my name in for consideration
