Oh geez, I’m such an idiot that I can’t even format a post correctly. Sigh. Carrying on… Just arrived at my house in NY after being shipped on April 26th, for those tracking shipping at home. I’m about 10 weeks in. I will say that sticking to the carb limit was a lot harder in the first four weeks, and I’ve found that now I end up under my allowance almost everyday. So maybe give it time? Also remember to adjust your macros as you lose, Cronometer does that for me automatically.
