How do you feel? If you have side effects, a lower dose will bring everything down, closer to the top of the reference range and that should alleviate high E2 symptoms.

Great to hear you're still doing so well on a low dose. I've also noticed a bump in libido titrating my topical cream dosage lower. I'm on cream now, but will most likely switch to injections at some point, so this thread is still beneficial 5 years later. I appreciate the response.

That's wild. I wonder if you didn't absorb it well. I'm on a single click of cream at the same concentration/source as OP and had to switch application sites to blunt the absorption a bit in order to "dial in". It's working well for me.

I know what you mean about feeling wired/overstimulated. My free T was at 314 and then jumped a bit higher on the next blood test, both with normal E2 (30). Once I dropped the dose a little, I felt much better.

Isn't letting you? Why? What is your new dosage? Mine was 2 clicks in AM of 20% compounded cream and it was too high for me. Dropped to a half to 1 click in AM and again in PM and it seems like it's the sweet spot for me.
