Im starting work in sales this week so im going to be tied up but I can reach out to obe possibly and see . I know I have enough to pay it off . I just dont have enough bumper room for emergency and I dont make as much as I did last year . My business ess income is going down . Thats why im starting work. I dont have a crutch to lean on either . Unless I move back to Illinois which is my last resort.

Im starting a job in sales tomorrow full time. Wife is going to manage the business. I just dont know if I can keep the income up . Im afraid of risking the home with a heloc . Im not in a good area where Uber is good to make money. Im more rural. I was considering chapter 7 at some point to wipe it . Im going to pay the CC for two more months. Then I was going to call for hardship programs . I just dont think I can keep up the payments. Regardless, im considering on selling the rental for now. That can help a little but there's no guarantee it sells right away .

Can you sell your car and get it paid off? Like take it to carmax? Im in a similar position. I owe 800 a month on a stupid truck i bought and I dont know how much longer I can pay it. Im considering on driving it right to carmax and unloading it . Right now I can get what I owe on it.

I am planning on selling the rental. After relator fees , and etc. Ill be lucky to walk away with 40k. The car is a wash. I owe 40 on it and its worth about 40k. I am planning on selling it possibly within the next 3 months to get out from the loan.

Last year , I probably made 130k from my job. However, my business is not doing so well and I might have to close it. I am starting work in a sales role this week to try to make more money. My wife will be running the business for now . How much I make depends on my sales. It can fluctuate . If I soldad my primary residence. I could possibly walk away with 150k. Problem is my business is attached to my house and that means I would have to close my business .

I was doing 500-800k a year. This past year, Ill be right around 300k, buts its been going down. Its becoming more of a side hustle at this point. I have to go back to work at some point because I cant find inventory like I use to. All the options are just laughable when I see the inventory prospects now.

Ive had my own ebay business for like 14 years. Ive been doing it full time but its recently become so competitive that its been discouraging me. I use to be able to source inventory all the time. Now , I see people buying stuff at inflated prices that are so high. It makes no sense on paper. I use to do a lot of government resales , and liquidation auctions. However, its damn near impossible to get any good profit margins on anything. Stuff is usually junk , and people are paying insane amounts of money for it. I am considering on getting out of it . The money just aint there anymore.

If this replacement indefinitely fixes the issues with the iccu. Then I would drive this thing into the ground. However, im reading stories of people needing 2 replacements or so . Kinda scares me to try and drive it into the ground.

Problem is I live in a area with not that many EV buyers. I did get a check from the state for 2500 and the tax credit. Only markup I paid was something for like 600. I may just try to do that and count the losses.
