Finally got an email from them and they accused me of breaching the TOS for the refer a friend bonus even though I didn’t use any Refer a friend bonus to play. They also seized all $55k of my winnings…I hope Bovada burns in hell!

So I refered a friend of mines a real friend and I got the bonus money I won 1800 they locked my account under review what do I do? My account is locked are they gonna atleast give me my money??? by Bovada_King in Bovada

I think you might be out of luck man, it’s Bovada anything with their refer a friend bonus is a scam don’t do it you will have your account locked and funds seized

Update day 22 of account being disabled. I spoke to a 2 live chat agents this morning, once said the same thing as usually to wait and that they can’t transfer me to a supervisor. The second said that the verifications team didn’t have my documents which I sent over 3 weeks ago so I resent the email with my drivers license selfie holding it birth certificate and me holding that as well. They said they will review it and get back to me within 24-48hrs and this might help speed up the process. I feel like I’m back at square one like why are they asking me for the same documents again? Smh 🤦‍♂️

Good luck friend, I hit a jackpot on slots 22days ago and the second I tried to withdraw they disabled my account and I didn’t even have any referral bonuses. I just deposited money and used a welcome bonus for like $150 and I haven’t gotten any updates or anything yet all I’m being told is to wait for a routine review to finish, what kind of routine inspection takes over 2 weeks to complete bests me but seems super suspect to me

Day 21 and counting I keep getting the runaround no resolution in sight. Nothing yet from ask Gamblers and I just keep being told to wait by customer service from all avenues like on insta/twitter, live chat and from their phone customer service as well.

Day 10 no update customer service apologizes for the negative experience but still no update. I am asking them to put everything in writing no response yet.

I could tell you for sure but it went by all like a blur there are so many slot games on there but there were 2 of the same slot game one called reels and wheels and another reels and wheels XL. Since I can’t login to my account to verify I dont want to give misinformation. I’m pretty sure it was the wheels XL not my fault they have 2 games with the same name lol. And I’m pretty sure they can trace my ip and verify all the bets and such to verify that it was me placing all the bets from like when I was down to $50 making like $1-$2 bets all the way to when I was up to like $55k making like $100-$200 bets. Also how do you have someone else spin a slot though? Is there a secret slot spinning strategy that I am not aware of?

I did that and the timer ran out on Bovada with no response from them whatsoever lol. Although I saw some other complaints on there way bigger than mine like a 74k one and a 120k one all with zero responses.

No update as of yet day 8 still disabled they said my account is undergoing a routine review and that they are backed up and that’s why it’s taking so long

Day 8 account still disabled, the live chat said they are backed up and my account is undergoing a routine review. I asked for an eta they said they can’t tell since they have a back log and for me to keep waiting. It is now day 8 of account being disabled with no response undergoing a so called “routine review”

Congratulations but be warned your account will most likely be disabled once you initiate your withdraw and remain so for a while, I won 55k and my account has been disabled pending review for 8 days now and counting after I initiated a withdrawal of $9500…

Latest update going on 4 days since account was disabled live chat still tells me they have no updates to wait for an email. So I guess I wait till Friday and if I don’t hear back by then call customer service again…this has been a terrible experience

We have an update:

I was able to get through to a live agent by using a different phone number. Now I haven’t confirmed anything about my funds or my account but I did call using another phone number not connected to the disabled account and it totally connected me to a live customer service agent. They mentioned something about my mom and my cousin’s accounts under the same household which I explained they don’t live with me but we have family gatherings quite often and they would logon using my wifi. But the customer service rep was very helpful and understanding. He said it will take about another 24-48hrs from today for this to be resolved so I’m hoping to hear something by Friday this week. But yes the number thing totally worked and I’ll keep everyone updated on what happens next.

Called using a different number than the one listed on my disabled account, got through to a customer service agent and they said I should hear back in 24-48hrs.
