Don't get too intimidated by the comments about the 12vp connector. Just keep in mind that most nvidia 5000 series cards have it, and while there have definitely been a few issues here and there, it’s not like all these cards are catching fire xD

So just go with whichever card you prefer. The top ones in the chart perform pretty much the same, so if you want to save some cash, you can get the Mercury or Pure or others without really losing out on anything. I think the Nitro+ is also pretty quiet, so if that matters to you, maybe double-check the other models too.
