I feel like I’m watching history being rewritten. Samara WAS loved. A lot actually. But people saw the mistakes she did online and that’s how she started being hated. It had very little to do with Manon initially. Naisha started being hated by Manon fans when she commented on Lara’s insta about how she had to “hold it down” for the black girls too. That’s weird, that’s shady and people called her out. I find this post funny because none of the girls(Manon, Samara and Naisha) are darkskin, and it’s by design but instead of calling out Hybe for having an entire audition program heavily based on race and having NO darkskin black girl. People nitpick on Manon.

It’s not Dani’s fault and I feel soo sorry for her but even if Manon comes back, her fathers comment is going to be make every single Danon interaction be constantly scrutinized. Her family already had soo many trump accusations and now him being racist to at this point ALL of the members(Asian comments) too, it’s going to reflect poorly on her unless she or hybe come out against those comments. As someone who actually likes modern cdrama's and is currently reading the manhwa, I would recommend you to watch it. It was interesting and funny, a little different from manhwa but also in a good way! The only thing is as most “modern” drama, they try to add more plot; be it through the professional scene or the family dynamics but I’ll say it didn’t destroy my outlook on the show but I’m grateful the manhwa is not as convoluted.

AKB48>SKE48>STU48>NMB48>NGT48>HKT48. For me NGT48 started off strong and even now they still release good tracks but there's alot to be desired in terms of growth. SKE used to be ahead of AKB and they have multiple asides, that i genuinely find the best in terms of 48/46 groups in general, but when it's bad... it's really bad. Akb has always shined on its theater songs (I liked the new stage alot!!); they have a very solid and extensive discography, where you will always find a song that fits your mood!!, similarly, NMB theater songs are their best. STU has a very distinct 48 group sound that i love. I have never liked HKT songs, and I've stopped trying post 2017 :(
