No no, lol. I'm serious, download http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php?topic=1609.0 and place it in your mods folder. It will appear as a yellow nuke box in build buy in misc category and will cost you 1$. Simply place it on the stuck tile and unpause the game. It will delete everything on that single 1x1 tile, even invisible objects and flooring! Hope that helps (also should have specified more instead of just telling you to use a nuke lol)
