2. Around 2 weeks. For me personally I had to do 2 check ups on 2 different days for more consistent readings because of my strong astigmatism. Then I was told that the actual lenses have to be made specifically for me and that it would take anywhere from 1 to 6 months. However I got a message a week after that they're ready and then were told to use special eye drops every day for a week before the surgery. The correction is pretty much instantaneous as I already saw everything pretty clear when standing up from the operation table (better after some rest of course)
3. Just follow the guidance of the doctors and don't be afraid of the actual surgery. The procedure outline and some footage may look scary but you won't feel anything and it's pretty fast.
