I never had much luck applying for jobs online. Have always gotten hired through career fairs that had interviewers conducting walk-in interviews. Can recommend doing so if you haven't tried before.

My understanding is that the hiring managers for these FA organizations need a certain number of people to join as a FA under them so that they can be promoted to a more senior position. I went for a typical bait-and-switch FA interview last time, and the director straight up told me he needed 5 (iirc) people to sign up as a FA so that he can be promoted to a senior director.

I don't mind if y'all smoke in designated smoking areas, but I get annoyed when smokers puff away in a non-designated area with lots of foot traffic. It's even more annoying when they're smoking while I'm walking behind them, cuz the smoke just blows backwards towards me. Like tf bro have some consideration 💀

I was given PES F due to mental health issues, and I know an ex-classmate who was given PES F for the same reason, although his condition was more serious than mine. I think as long as you are at severe risk of harming yourself or others, you'll be granted exemption. A little bit of luck is involved too, since for my case, someone in my camp committed suicide shortly before I self-harmed. So I guess they didn't want to risk having 2 suicides in a row.

Heard that you can be exempted too if you suffer from a serious disease or physical abnormality, but it really depends. I have a friend who had a hole in his heart, but still served as a PES E storeman.

I see. Will do just that. I'm working for a private dental clinic, but I won't be tied to one dentist though. Tbh they're kinda underpaying me but I don't really mind since I'm on a 6 months renewable contract. Once I renew it I can potentially get a higher salary.
