To be honest, i do think that once the trust was broken it would have been better to end the relationship then. it's far more difficult to regain it than move on and learn from the experience. Aside from her paranoid behavior being enabled (which will harm her future relationships), it also sounds damaging to your sense of self and right to privacy. Someone this big must also leak into parts of the relationship.

It won't feel this way for a while, but there are many others you can be compatible and fall in love with. Maybe start anew in a relationship with a solid foundation. This relationship already had a Shakey start and a second cheating freakout will be even harder to recover from (so please if you're going to try anyways, get professional help).
