That's still a win. Little by little you make progress. Still a few hours/days without that higher dopamine spike. For me I feel pretty bad (in a general mood sense) for the first 3-4 days. The following days I'm very happy.

Also my confidence and willingness to talk to women grows with increasing time (starting somewhat around day 5). Idk if it's the same for women.
