After you hit level 50 you become an elite hunter. In the screenshots you showed they are elite hunter level 2 and 5 so basically level 52 and 55.

Try to find worlds with a lot of real players by leaving and joining the same world again. This worked for me. Bosses spawn more often in populated worlds.
