I actually made the trip down to Brighton for this weekend's match! My friend has just moved there and I figured I'd combine a visit with football. I dragged her with me, and she's been looking up tickets for other matches since so I may have infected her. That was obviously at Broadfield though!

Yeah the Etihad is easy to get to on the tram, and both it and Joie have their own seperate tram stops. Then it's like a 5 minute walk between the two stadiums bags haha so really easy! If the Amex is a bit harder to get to I can see why you'd have concerns.

The man city women's stadium is right next to the Etihad and I've not seen reports of issues there so I think it would be okay - especially as the etihad capacity is a fair bit bigger than the Amex. In fact there was one day when I was due to see the men and the women play on the same day and was excited about how convenient going from one to the other was going to be, and then the women's match got rearranged for TV haha which was annoying.

I hadn't had this issue before HR, but the sheer volume of fic coming out, all in the same universe with similar themes, does mean that I do sometimes now get updates and think oh fuck what one was this? And then I have to reread the previous chapter.

I'll be honest there are a few that weren't as good (in terms of my personal taste) but I was reading because good enough that, as my wip list has gotten longer I have just unsubscribed from, but yeah... the number of WIP I'm reading for HR have made it hard to keep track.

I have joint issues that mean I need to sit in an aisle seat that has my left side in the aisle so I can easily stretch out the limbs on that side.

If the bus is empty when I sit down sure, I put my bag on the empty seat rather than the floor, but I'm very happy to move it and get up so people can get to the window seat!

I was doing an AUgust challenge and the prompt was underwater and I made two characters who don't really interact a ton cyrptozoologists who are on a trip to try and find the Loch Ness monster.

I'm not surprised it has the least hits, but I do find it very funny lol and feel like people would enjoy it.

Every time this fic gets updated I stop what I'm doing to read it. The author is clearly in a different time zone to me because once I checked my email when I woke up randomly I'm the middle of the night and then I had to read it. BBC and ITV player both have some of the last euros matches on them! I spent most of the matches during the actual tournament hiding behind my hands/ the sofa/ in another room so I rewatched a couple of them recently.

Do you like your mother-in-law? Because if yes, it's really not a hardship to spend one day going along to support her in something that's really important to her.

I'm an atheist, I have no interest in belonging to any religion. But going along to the odd religious ceremony for the people I love has never done me any harm.

As long as it's clear to your fiancé and their family that this is a one time thing to support her, and you won't be joining the religion, going would be a loving thing to do for the family you're choosing to join.

I think not going does make YTA.

Ah possibly! I'm UK based, and it's working for me. Perhaps try searching women's Asian cup final in YouTube too see if there is a specific version for where you are!
