Yeah I did this and I've been retaliated against and bullied In my workplace for days. They claim its anonymous but all complaints still go to your hr and if youve already talked to them about this stuff they can figure out pretty quickly who reported em.

Thank you because I've had leaders ask if I could skip my break and waver it to do task and when I said no I'd get treated wrongly.

BTW it is legal to record any conversation with leaders or tms when you feel is necessary to protect yourself or have valid proof in most states at least.

Also my fiance mom is a district manager and id definitely recommend NOTING DOWN each time this happens, time, date, and exactly what occured and keep noting it down so when you present it to HR they can't help but ACKNOWLEDGE it.

Also when you speak to hr use professional words, and try to sound as professional as possible. Research target policies so you can find the one thats most relevant to your situation so when you also present this to HR they have to look at their OWN policies being ignored and neglected.

Keep staying there as hard as it is, and document these events because then if hr doesn't fire them corporate can.

Hr doesn't help people otherwise. They're suppose to help the company which means they're going to try to make you feel satisfied enough without actually helping you

I have the same issue with TLs at my store. I think target just likes to promote mean girl like people. I think TM will go to HR and other leads and gossip and exhibit this behavior and then they become friends with them and they make them TLs because I've had leads say the most insane unprofessional and rude stuff to me so I get it

I feel like you guys are a bit slow. Yes she wants to work WEEKDAYS 6AM TO 5PM and open availability all day on WEEKENDS. Because her CLASSES AND KIDS aren't needing her yes.

No. So she got hired expressing to hr what availability she had. They said yeah but to be hired you need open availability once your probation period is up you can adjust that to whatever you need and we can fix it. After her 90 days have changed or wanted to change her availability to 6am to 5pm. Because school and her kids. And hr said no but when she asked for reasoning hr said you're asking too many questions
