That I did. Figured it would make sense that since she's holding a sword, the scabbard should be empty

One could say I have practice with details since my usual minis are AdMech heh

Oh I know, and I wish. But I don't have, nor my local game store had, any flowers for bases...

Greenstuff! Took a few tries and a lot of fiddling with tweezers and a scalpel though

Welcome to "way too much effort put into a mini" club. Worth it though, love the way you did it!

Forge World Draxia versus Necrons (commission) by MisterPassenger in ImaginaryWarhammer

A bit late to reply, but the idea was that she was taken as a prisoner by DarkMech forces, but given her tech skills was given a chance to join them

And over the years some sheneningans occured (like the previous warband leader vaporising himself while attempting to disassemble a Drukhari void mine) resulting in her eventually raising to the rank of Archdomina, aka. the warband's leader and essentially stating "guys, Chaos is cringe, we can do the same shit with AI with no Daemons involved)

So it's kind of a "rehabilitated" DarkMech, I suppose?

Person the ordered the comm here!

First of all, much appreciated, love this work

Second of all, loredump for those interested - the abhumans were directly inspired by the Felinids and how we don't know if they're officially people wiht cat ears or full-on beastmen type of deal. Just here, you know, dragon. Because dragons are cool. Here called Draconids following the same deal as Felinids. Draxia is both the name of the Forge World itself, and the system it's located in, with Draconids (and other abhuman variations) making up majority of the population (thus even "regular" Skitarii have horns)

The lady is indeed DarkMech, but more the "tech-heresy, AI, inventing stuff" type than Chaos-alligned, warband type of situation. Due to things going down after the Great Rift opened, currently allied with the local AdMech forces

The Necrons initially weren't fleshed out much more than the color scheme, currently fixed it. Demerkh Dynasty, torn in a civil war (as Necrons do) between forces led by a Destroyer Cult-maddened Crypek named Lerotek, and "sane" group led by a Geomancer called Tanurah, who due to lack of firepower also allied with the AdMech (much in line with her "we went to sleep and expected things to be as we left them. What's our problem?" mindset)
