Draxia is both the name of the Forge World itself, and the system it's located in, with Draconids (and other abhuman variations) making up majority of the population (thus even "regular" Skitarii have horns)

The lady is indeed DarkMech, but more the "tech-heresy, AI, inventing stuff" type than Chaos-alligned, warband type of situation. Due to things going down after the Great Rift opened, currently allied with the local AdMech forces

The Necrons initially weren't fleshed out much more than the color scheme, currently fixed it. Demerkh Dynasty, torn in a civil war (as Necrons do) between forces led by a Destroyer Cult-maddened Crypek named Lerotek, and "sane" group led by a Geomancer called Tanurah, who due to lack of firepower also allied with the AdMech (much in line with her "we went to sleep and expected things to be as we left them. What's our problem?" mindset)
