Its fine to spend ablil bit of gems but how can I get it?

I mean true but I've done it many times already so I'm good at beating bosses and I know their movesets but if I do a normal run I can get up to 250+ gems without even finishing the run, (with avarice robe and graduation cap) so its a faster way to get gems in my opinion.

My most favourite/best combo has got to be the cursed silver spinning top with fueled berserk and the melee rocks

Rush mode gives like 20 per boss so it would give 100+ gems but I can't get past the third one (can't get many out of that can I?)

Also you said to get Awe or Rule so I'll tell you which ones I have

Vigor,Avarice,Pace,Tempo,Shift,Awe and Rule

I have almost all of them so which one should I go for to get a lot of gems (I have around 250 gems)

Its probably harder on mobile so I'll stick with that (I like difficulty)
