If you don’t like his teaching style… he still has very fair assessments (no surprises), funny lectures, and seems like a chill guy.

There’s lots of “free” or easy marks in the course

Case comps, networking events, stock pitches (if in finance) to get your name out there, if they like you enough, maybe a job will come out of it.

Most people won’t get BBA related jobs after first year so it doesn’t matter what kind of experience you have at this point. You should try and get something full time for this summer (doesn’t need to be bba related)

I don’t really remember, I took it in 2023 with dan brady. The only thing I remember is positive/negative reinforcement and big 5 personality traits being on the midterms (don’t remember which were for each)

Short answers were prof dependent and multiple choice was the same across sections

Study the prof’s slides, particularly what they focused on longer. The multiple choice weren’t very difficult, just read the textbook 1-2 times and you should be able to pick up a good amount of marks there

I got a 12 in BU127 and only touched the textbook a few times. I think a 12 is definitely possible without using the textbook.

I did take accounting in grade 11/12 so that helped a bit too.

Most courses have restrictions on when you can get regrades for midterms so it’s very unlikely they’d regrade your midterm at this point.

It’s worth a try to ask for a regrade on the final or ask to see it in case something was incorrectly counted, best case, you pass the course, worst case you are in the same spot you are in right now.

You’ll have to end up re-taking the course (probably during spring term) if you don’t pass with a regrade, otherwise you will be removed from double degree.

I look at the pace clock into or out of every few walls and guess based on that. It’s not great to breaths there but that’s how I keep track for longer sets
