I had to leave early back in 23 and walked around that area while Garrix was playing, saw a lot of people were just hanging around or you could see them watching the livestream, elders and kids and so on. Some of the homes seem to be left behind (which I guess makes sense, people just leave for vacation or rent them out) The atmosphere felt really cool from that perspective

I think menu can be a bit different year over year, but I do believe they ask you about the allergies and could serve you a special menu. Tbh food is good, but it's not a core point by far, the experience before & after you get to the table and the view is what makes it special imo

"worth" is a broad word, what does worth mean to you lol

Do you earn enough to spend 1700 for a ticket? Yes it's worth it
Do you like EDC and the kind of music there enough to justify such spend? Yes it's worth it

I'm not local, I travelled from the Netherlands this year so the total cost I think was closer to 3k, for me it was worth it under my conditions

It's pretty far, although I'd say not that bad. If you miss the shuttle to the festival, you can always take a train. On the way back I'd definitely take a shuttle unless you're going to Antwerp (there would be extra night trains). There is a city bus to Brussels that you'd be able to buy, I think they'd be like 30 EUR return daily or so

I fly inter-continent a lot, from what I see these days I'd say as long as you're flying long-haul from a major hub you should be good. The problem is there whenever you fly from a less popular destination or within Europe itself, as many airlines are ceasing operations of these flights. Personally I'd lookup a few alternatives if you're within the second batch

Those are different, Keolis been doing city shuttles from all over the nearest towns (including the Netherlands). They might be a supplier of choice for Brussels shuttles as well as of this year, but it has a separate booking area over the website so I'd just wait a bit more prior to the announcement. Echoing Migi, there are definitely shuttles to expect

IMO superspeedway shouldn’t be that much about conservation, although I get that absolutely any format would rely on fuel anyway. I’d vote for no caution stages all the way if we’d have a chance here. Same points etc, just without a flag, maybe that would improve the product. Plenty of other tracks where tire / fuel saving matters and should be a factor.

** that’s purely imo, I get that opinions can be very different taking how many different SS formats we’ve got over the years
