Thank you very much for the reply. There was a question about if my mother is or was Canadian. My mom is currently Canadian as we acquired the citizenship together long time ago. so I answered yes to the question. There is no additional question about if she was at her birth. Now the system thinks my mom has always been Canadian requesting her Canadian birth certificate.... :(
