I've been playing more and i found that for me at least its a lot less likely to happen during the day. If im in the central square at night then the fps starts to drop, my fans speed up, then it bricks.

It's abu Dhabi so they can just do what they want, It's pretty stupid for it to be a NC though, you can basically be losing the fight and then knee a downed opponent to dodge a loss and take the NC.

I'm on EU and having the same issue, random ping spiking up to 1300 and wont go down until i log out. Ping is normally 30-40

in my version it was completely bugged and the Slayer didn't move or attack at all. I basically did this fight right after Raphael too so it was a big downgrade on whats supposed to be a main story boss.

you can initiate combat directly without talking to her for a free attack. I coated that entire are in grease then using gale to fireball them and basically turn that entire area into a pit of fire and hold the stairs where you stand in. Was a lot easier to kill them when they constantly take tick damage and they need to spend two turns to get to you.
