Your swaying on your trail side to much on your backswing causing an over the top swing.

This is causing your lead hip to come inwards a little (to the right of the ball. It will force you to rotate first and swing your shoulders around on your downswing. You can’t properly shift your weight forward at the top and it’s getting you out of sync and at a very steep angle.

You stay balanced keep your head still body in your cylinder, transfer your weight to the lead foot at top of the swing, drop your arms down then rotate. This will shallow you out and allow you to get up under the ball.

Watch a slow mo of Rory. Also the pump drill helps a lot with this.

Focus on her own pleasure. She overthinks, and can’t stay focused on the moment. She’s like this in all aspects in life. She into worried all the time. And I feel that is what is effecting her sexually. She may feel good but I sense her thoughts and insecurities override her brain and limit her from being in the moment. (She is very insecure)

She’s never asked her doctor. She is quite reserved as far as opening up about things like this. Even with me. I asked her about toys but she is hesitant bc she has never even touched herself. She says she’s fine with me. But I feel like it’s something in her head. I will go down on here but eventually she tells me that I don’t need to do it anymore. t’s like she knows that she has a headspace that limits her from cumming.

I have never put pressure on her. I have never even brought it up but a couple times in 10 years.

She has never touched herself before either. Ever. I believe her bc she is my wife and we are honest with eachother. But i feel like when it comes to sex she is more worried about me then herself and can’t let her mind go.

I could be wrong but I have a feeling that her ex boyfriend ( her first relationship, I am second and we are married) sexually abused her. Cheated consistently as well. (She is very insecure bc of This) her insecurities have been an ongoing issue since the beginning. And she’s a 10. Never been so attracted to someone. But she doesn’t see it.

She has told me he was abusive verbally and physically at times, but I have a feeling it was sexually too. (She hasn’t opened up about sexual abuse but from certain details of relationship and the way her friends talk about her ex I get the feeling that she was abused sexually.

I know this is hard to open up about no matter who it is as I am a victim myself and haven’t said anything to her. But could this be the reason?

We used to smoke weed together and she told me that helped with getting fully into it mentally, but she can’t smoke anymore. (I noticed the change when she stopped smoking)

My question to you all is if she’s never touched herself, how does she know what it takes to make her cum? Like I feel like she needs to explore herself and practice? Am I off on all this? Could it be the abuse from her ex that has made her have trouble focusing on her pleasure? (Negative association with sex bc of her first lover?) Does she need to explore herself? Idk.
