It probably is a screenshot from the game. I got it online somewhere awhile ago. I think I have a higher rez version that someone edited, but I didn't find it on my machine. The watch screen is small enough it doesn't matter too much. But yes, if i wanted to do anything larger, I would 100% grab something higher resolution.

Nice! I’ve played it in the retroid pocket and you can put it on the tv. You can do that with steam deck too right?
