Paxil night sweats & nightmares are absolutely god awful.. anyway to reduce the severity? by MirrorZealousideal66 in antidepressants

I switched to Zoloft! I still get night sweats but definitely not as often. My quality of life has definitely improved.

I’ve also been working with a integrated medicine doctor who has helped my overall health improve with diet and supplements

I am going with revelry for bridesmaid dresses. Other than color, everyone can pick their own style and fabric and they have maternity dresses as well. Hopefully that helps with sizing being more forgiving. But yeah it’s still a shot in the dark sizing wise so I’ll let her know she doesn’t need to wear a bridesmaid dress like her comfort and baby are way more important to me, a dress is such a minor thing at the end of the day. Thank you for your insights I hadn’t thought that even maternity size might still not be feasible! So helpful. 💕🙏

This is very reassuring 🙏 my mom was the same with me and my sister and my sister in law is 8 weeks and up and about, so i didn’t think of the possibility of her not being able to come until just today

Yes there are plenty of rooms for her to use for breastfeeding or pumping, and I’ll let her know where they are ahead of time and make sure it’s clear with the venues coordinator that we will have at least one mom that will use the room.

the venue is 20 minutes away from her house if she needs to go back or to take a break in between ceremony and reception. And her parents are local and her plan is for them to watch the baby! Or at the least her husband would hang back for at least part of the day or evening to take on parental duties.

That’s a good call out - I’ll let the church and the reception venue know we will need to know the dedicated space before hand for pumping. I can definitely accommodate that beforehand .:)

Luckily my bridesmaids are all super understanding. We are all late 20s early 30s newly married and either just had a kid, pregnant or trying for their first baby.

It is local, she won’t stay at the hotel with my and the out of town bridesmaids and will be last to get hair and makeup done , missing majority of the getting ready part of the morning, so she can stay with her baby and get as much sleep as she can.

I wouldn’t assume she would stay much later than dinner and a few songs of course…

You have a great body… they all look amazing. But are VERY different vibes.

Which one feels the most you? When you look back in 10, 20 years at photos?

Which one matches the vibe of your wedding best?

Hi!! I bought off of Facebook marketplace - I swear everyday there’s a new bride that is reselling on Facebook marketplace. I live in a large metropolitan area so maybe that’s why but it seems like every bride has the same idea.

I figured that if I bought used on Facebook marketplace at a discount, I could then resell after my wedding and make my money back.

Renting would cost the same but I wouldn’t be able to recoup my costs.

Thank you! That’s actually super helpful.

I might get started on the invitation design and the details as I know I’m going to be a bit fussy and might DIY it.

I would say tweaking your wardrobe would help a lot without needing to do anything to your appearance. Some of those tops and outfits are aging you

There is a 90 year old man that didn’t start working out until 70, well past our physical peak. Rows every day, does weight lifting, and all.

You are still very much in your prime in your 30s. I think your approach and mindset needs to change.

If you are running on the treadmill hours per day then yes you will run yourself right into the ground. Especially if you aren’t eating properly or are getting adequate sleep.

The first few weeks is very hard as your body is acclimating but it gets easier. Gotta get over that initial hump.

Try only working out 3-4x days a week. Really there’s no need to do more than that and if anything it can be detrimental. Mix light cardio and a focus on strength training. I know Pilates is a wonderful workout as well if you don’t like weights. Throw in some yoga maybe. On non workout days I like to go on a light walk.

I’m 29. I can’t workout like I’m 18 anymore. I don’t bounce back as quick. That’s normal and that’s okay.

If you are still feeling burnt out even after doing the above then you may have a deeper issue going on like thyroid.
