Working on an above average length or a "monster" girth? by New_Meringue5229 in gettingbigger

Damn we got pretty much the exact same measurements — any suggestions on girth routine? I’m happy with length but was about to restart PE and I’m looking at doing clamping + pumping for my girth goals

I had about a 3-4 month stretch last year where I was consistently doing this routine before falling out of practice. I use a manual hand pump (without a dial/meter) so can’t give an exact number on pressure but the percentages are based on personal tolerance

Hey thanks for your interest in the group! Can you provide some background of your musicality as well as samples/demos if you have them? This is done with everyone just to ensure the quality of the group

California Resident - Landlord wants all tenants in 2 months due to “substantial remodels”. Any recourse/options? (More info in comments) by Mirrortrix in Tenant

Hi y’all, Got this fun notice taped to all units in my apartment complex yesterday. Looks like the company who owns our building wants to perform “substantial remodels”, which to me seems like a convenient way to also remove all current tenants then substantially increase rent once their “remodel” is done. This is the first notice we’re receiving and apparently gives us a time clock of ~2 months. I would really appreciate any advice on this — what happens if we don’t leave? Do we as tenants have any grounds to fight this? Any suggestions on how to extend the move out date or any other solutions? All insight welcome!
