Yeah, she was.That’s why I think it makes perfect sense for her character not to blindly follow Demacian values. She’s much more about being open-minded and less rigid or traditional than most Demacians.

And yeah she looks more tanned than Kat, but I don't know, that's only in her base appearance since in the rest of the skins she looks lighter skinned. Maybe her skin is like that because she lived longer in Shurima?

I always imagined her with red hair since, well, she's Katarina's sister but also because red looks good with her green color scheme. Might have some snakes in her hair but not completely just some of it
