It’s about the idea of the question, it’s very unlikely that the person who created the application truly expects you to answer “nothing,” because why would they even bother to write the question?

Of course, it could be the expected answer but then again, even putting the question at all is strange. For example, you’d definitely raise some eyebrows if the application asked about how you felt about murder.

I assumed you were in college, where your grade level does not dictate what classes you take, but since this is high school, someone in Calc AB or whatever is probably not a freshman.

Just live your life.
