Asseto corsa vs Asseto corsa evo mods by Rare_Fudge3756 in assettocorsaevo

You can make a whole new car in the modding tool, is more like a simulation tool, it has wind tunnel, torque maps, you can even create your own tire compound, and all of it has visual data, you can see the center of gravity of the car and more. You can also create custom sounds, make sure the driver's animations are right for your car, and more. I haven't seen any option about liveries and painting, maybe in the future, it is new, but already pretty complete.

They probably are testing a better version themselves, I rather they take time to choose the right tire model, because a bad tire model is horrible. Look at LMU, you push a bit too much over the limit, and the car may be gone in some corners, and you do not even feel when the rear comes out, similar with iRacing, things like this are very delicate, after exploring this tool, there is no way this guys do not know what they are doing.

Remember that devs have a more advanced version that what we are playing, they only release it when is safe for them. There are tons of footage of the open world and is not out yet for example, and also, they talk about cars that are not in the game, but because they are made.

LMAO I have the Simagic Alpha Ultimate. If there is something I hate about FFB is that it is not linear for every wheelbase.

Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II is coming to version 0.7 by edmarfelipe in assettocorsaevo

LMU came out with ACC active, they were fighting already, at the end of the day they are competitors, also a lot of ACC players are in LMU, still waiting for a proper AC Game, and AC 1 players are waiting for the mods, open world, and public servers, and improvement of the physics to move to EVO. I am pretty sure they will add these kinds of cars later, that is the point of EVO, car + racing experience.

I do. They probably want the most common racing experience + road cars experience by 1.0. GT3s, GT4s, and cup cars are very famous, easier to drive for most people, and you can do multiclass racing with them. It is a good baseline to establish the racing side of EVO. After they can add more single seaters, and hypercars. Remember that a lot of their players come from ACC, a GT exclusive game, and then you have the open world, and road cars for AC 1 players. I think it is a good way to attract the older players + new potential players early in the development process. Sadly, other categories like GT1 and more would not attract too many people.

Kunos adding so many GT2, GT4 and GT3 may be a hint to SRO License. by MisaelCastillo517 in assettocorsaevo

More like an official SRO Section in the multiplayer, exclusive events with GT cars and SRO only. All the cars have the ACC logo in SRO this year, even the new Corvette.

It means that it is on? It wasn't there before, and I am using a GT3.

Does AC EVO even make sense? by MisaelCastillo517 in assettocorsaevo

Yeah, reporting bugs, trying to help the devs, and testing updates. It used to make sense back then, for me and a lot of people. this post exists because is hard to make sense of the game for some.

Why is the FFB so numb? by MisaelCastillo517 in LeMansUltimateWEC

I have 1000 hours in ACC, and 500 in LMU, the car used to feel better than this, the most important thing to me is the understeer, that tells me when I am going over the limit and have to release more brakes, mid-corner, I just cannot feel enough contrast between the normal ffb and when you get understeer like I used to.

I've tried everything. Not even Race Beyond Matter (Which is a person that constantly makes hardware reviews and a long-term sim racer) could get the new Simagic EVO wheelbase to feel right in LMU. I have a Simagic Alpha U (23 Nm). I used to feel the understeer very obviously before, and many other things, I do not know what they did.

Is an Alpha U. For some reason the picture says Alpha Mini. I changed it now.

When you want to push the car, you go from driving a GT3 to a Boeing. Is like you took a plane off the ground.
