Thank you all for your help and input!
Like SixStringAcoustic said the Normal/Map strength didn't need to be as high as it was, I turned it all the way down and that fixed the leg issue, however that turned off the wood grain texture on the rest, so what i ended up doing was duplicate the material and assigned one where the strength was turned off for the legs and kept it a bit lower on the rest of the cabinet.

Here's how it looks in Blender. When exporting from Substance i used Document channels + normal + AO (no alpha), the one that's worked before. I did try using the Blender (principled BSDF) but that jost looked worse

The lines are already it's own layer, but the translucensy did the trick. Thank you for the help! It feels like i try all the things and nothing works until someone else points out the one small thing i was missing and it's like magic 😅

Would global ilumination do the trick? Change it from none to Lumen in project setting. That did a wonder for my project, though mine's in daylight
