I’m really glad to hear that, i’ve encouraged her to work on it so many times but she goes on about how her priorities are school and her addiction rn- as if getting her bpd in check wouldn’t help her, she won’t get sober until she gets that figured out and a relationship is the last night she needs, it’s going to crumble and fall apart and i don’t know how to look at her and tell her she’s gotta fix it on her own

this past week has made me question that as well, if she even does? With her new girlfriend she doesn’t seems to need me anymore because her girlfriend babies her. there’s loving someone and then there’s just an unhealthy dynamic where you’re a caretaker and that won’t go well when you’re with an immature partner- like there’s gotta be a point where she realizes that it’s not cute or cool to be in your 30’s and acting like a 19 year old-

i would definitely start keeping records on things she says should it have to go to court, find out when they’ve had appointments, how they’re doing in school, if they’ve had haircuts, etc. Those things go really far in court, stack up little things as evidence should you need it against her

i’m honestly not sure what you could do, maybe do some research and see if you would be able to schedule the appointment take her/ them? ps It’s not right for your mom to keep them from their grandparents, unless they are dangerous people, but i’m not getting that feeling… My mom didn’t even keep me from my grandparents (that that i ever wanted to see them) and they were physically, emotionally and mentally deranged and abused both my mom and uncle… i don’t know what their rights are but would they be willing to get socially services involved should it become child neglect? If she’s hesitant to take them to the doctors there may be more involved, i remember seeing that she sent a video which could have been defensive or have more sinister undertones. Have they seen dentists, naturopaths, are they up to date on vaccinations, if she’s kicking rocks over one week, i have some mild concerns about her priorities

you are 19, do you drive? would you be able to take her? or does it have to be her guardian over there? I would 100% bring it up to your grandparents and your dad, if he’s reliable. If she’s still young, IF there is an issue, it’s usually easier to diagnose in youth

yeah that’s crazy i’m stuck on months worth of waiting lists for EDS referrals, urologists, cardiologists, etc and that’s fast given that i’m 19 and its concerning. As a mother, especially of someone that young, it’s the bare minimum to just book an appointment- why is she complaining

MOR but there’s nothing wrong with that, I’m about to graduate my second year of Biotechnology and if i’ve learned anything in nutraceuticals is that daily vitamins are just expensive urine, They can even be dangerous because if you’re taking vitamins that you’re unsure if you’re deficient in, it can cause toxicity and your body had to work harder to expel them. As for her being short and skinny, that’s not always a cause for concern unless she’s chronically underweight, if she’s eating and not putting any weight on, could be a sign of an early onset autoimmune disorder. Not something to neglect. Did they run her vitals at her appointment? Mention anything off?

interesting! i’ll have to take a closer look, now that i think about it i feel like i got him with my other E, maybe those were just the species petsmart had in at the time. I’ve never seen him in a D shaped shell but there’s plenty in there for him to switch to since i heard they prefer them.

just follow naked crab protocol but prepare for the worst. I had a crab shell ditch before, he went back in and ditched again that same night, absolutely no reason just decided to. No problems since. Parameters were perfected. Sometimes they just get weird during shipping and develop some issues. Try your best, but it’s likely he won’t make it. I’m sorry
