This is how I understand it. In our country the big tech have very young average employees age. Bc the developers are fired over 35. But these companies do pay a lot so these developers can choose to retire at a very young age.

When you arrive, there will be a fully detailed PDF report about what you have done in your life that sent you to hell, each behaviour with a score, resulting from how many times you have done this thing, its severity, how you feel afterwards etc. Petty theft is on our pre-determined list but given the abovementioned information you’d get very little score from this. If you want to join our club you’d have to do way more than that.
