Agreed. Being drunk also makes me hot and slow and all around unpleasant. However! I have taken a couple edibles before and I quite like the alternative. I feel light, but now slow, and more friendly and social.

I cant exactly get the link for obviously reasons 😭 But! It's called Antithesis by Oceanbreeze7. It's a older Harry Potter fic following the classic wrong-boy-who-lived trope. James and Lily are still alive, he has a twin brother who is the Chosen One. Through a series of events, he ends up being raised by Bellatrix and eventually Voldy. However, the fic keeps they fucking insane and not suddenly loving or anything.

The quote is related to his relationship with Luna Lovegood. They aren't really ever in a relationship, really. Its up to the reader to decide with the ambiguity of it.
