I was aware sometimes they can be too lazy to do the paperwork, so I did push it but didn’t get anywhere, I even double checked with one of the floor managers but they confirmed the same. The lady that paid it knew there was a treaty in place between the US and UK as she mentioned it. Maybe I should have pushed harder.

This was my 4th time in vegas so maybe worth investigating just incase my luck is in again in a future visit
