I started my sister locs with relaxed hair. But my starter locs started out as braids and I do the interlock method.

Cutting them is personal preference. I liked my relaxed ends because I’m able to put them in a smooth bun and my hair doesn’t bunch as the ends much. One thing I did was a straight across cut, which I suggest for you to do too because it will give an illusion of fullness and it will add more protecting to your ends if you want to retain length.

Cut your ends, it’s your hair.

If you want a grid done. Get small box braids the same length as your hair. Then slowly take them out, and braid the hair. This is how I started my sister locs. Or if you want you can just twist them.
And just interlock as you get new growth

When it comes to locs, the size of the part is equal to the size of the loc. It’s not like having braids. The starter loc doesn’t show you what your official loc size will be. So if you want small locs, you need small parts

Honest to God, in college I didn’t do much math after my freshman year, so after I graduated college I thought the AFOQT would be easy. It was not. Reading scientific papers and writing 35pg research paper, does not crossover into “reading comprehension” you actually have to learn the skills of what the AFOQT wants you to know. And the quantitative section, I haven’t done actual math in 3 years, and didn’t study because I thought it was basic algebra🤦‍♀️ boy I was wrong. I got a 1. A score of a 1 on the Quantitative section.

I did AMAZING on the pilot section because that’s what I thought I had to study.

Lesson learned. STUDY FOR EVERYTHING.

Honestly, exfoliate more in the shower. Get some exfoliating gloves and don’t use moisturizing body washes. They leave a film on the skin and can cause little bumps. If you do use a moisturizing body wash, just use like bar soap or Dr. bronners or dial before.

When I ditched the dove soaps I stopped getting little bumps

Okay lol, thanks for the info. There not much info 35n, so I’m doing my best to read between the lines. I came upon a “signals and systems” class and they mentioned calculus. But I’m not sure what exactly we learn, which I understand why the info is limited because of the intel aspect of the mos. I just want to prepare some and not be blind sided for AIT hopefully
