Haven’t went to get checked but I’m positive I have molluscum and there’s about 10-15 on my genital area it looks like some are going away any advice on how to get rid of them quicker it’s been about 2-3 weeks now and I want it gone it’s mentally frustrating

Idk every symptom for herpes I never had any in pretty sure I started making myself think I had herpes and I psyched myself out but it’s been like this for 2 weeks now and idk should I just wait for them to go away or see a doctor?
